These chefs are proof that cooking is a high art form.

All of them started differently and encountered distinct journeys but they all have one thing in common - a passion and a knack for culinary magic. These four chefs from The Future List (Chef Deepanker Khosla of Haoma already appears in our eco-entrepreneurs story )will inevitably tempt you to taste their creations, just by reading about their kitchen visions.

Chef Supasit Kokpol 


With a love for culinary arts, unique dishes and a successful challenger on the popular cooking show, Iron Chef (Season 9), Supasit Kokpol is highly meticulous in his selection of local ingredients and is fond of exotic flavours. He blends traditional tastes with elevated street food. After his training at Le Cordon Bleu, he continued his culinary apprenticeship in England and Hong Kong. Today, Chef Supasit owns AdHoc, a modern Thai inspired cuisine restaurant in Phrompong, Bangkok. 

Chef Phanuphon Bulsuwan


Phanuphon Bulsuwan aka Chef Black, owner of Blackitch Artisan Kitchen, based in Chiang Mai, Soi Nimmanhaemin 9, one of the modern food scene innovators who selects local produce from sustainable farmers from all regions of Thailand. Phanuphon describes his cuisine as fusion or rather holistic as he does not believe in boundaries when it comes to cooking. Not only is Chef Black passionate and highly motivated by access to food security for everyone but he also hopes his leading-edge cooking will inspire and influence people.


Chef Napaphatsorn Totienchai


The creator of Veganerie, Bangkok - an eatery which exclusively serves vegan food, drinks and desserts. Napaphatsorn always had a love for baking and she now owns six branches of Veganerie across Bangkok. She strongly believes that flavour beats texture, replacing meat with ingredients like tofu or mushrooms where all her dishes are plant-based. She flew to Oman to host vegan cooking tutorials and  has been sharing tips on her personal vegan lifestyle on social media lately. It’s safe to say that Napaphatsorn has successfully opened eyes to the vegan society and it’s only the beginning of her journey.  


Chef Jukkrapoom Boonyakom


Concentrating on authentic Thai dishes using local ingredients, Jukkrapoom aka Chef Poom is the owner of Paka Restaurant. Most of his recipes are family-based recipes. He was also a contestant on the second season of Top Chef Thailand. Previously a consultant on organic vegetables and now a chef, Chef Poom definitely sees importance in educating people on the original and authentic flavours of the Thai cuisine.
